A Home for Aunt Betty

From one of our readers ... My name is Sam. I am 10 years old and am having trouble with a project for school. Maybe you can help me. I need to look at weather patterns to find a place for a pretend lady (Aunt Betty) to live in this country. She wants to leave North Dakota. She does not like the cold. She wants to find a different place. She doesn't like the weather to go below 20 degrees. She doesn't like windy weather. Loud noises like thunder are very scary for her. The teacher gave us web sites to look at but are not around anymore and the others didn't help much. Do you have web sites to help me? How would I find this stuff out?
